Product availability may change, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel your order, you will not be charged or you will receive a refund for that order.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

  • Orders of $40 or more: free shipping
  • Orders under $40: $8 flat shipping fee

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days to return an item. To start a return, contact us by email and then send the item back returned by mail for a full refund.

  • Return shipping: you pay return shipping
  • Defective items: free return when the item is defective
  • Refund type: full refund

Warranty

Each product carries its manufacturer's warranty. If you need a return within 30 days, send it back by mail for a full refund, although you pay return shipping unless the item is defective, when return is free.
