How do I pick the right cable length?
Listings show true length, connector, and rated speed. Measure the run with slack for routing, then choose the shortest length that reaches with a tested connection. If you are unsure, write to support@coppercables.deals on a business day.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?
We ship worldwide. Delivery takes 7 to 15 business days.
How much is shipping?
Orders of $40 or more ship at no extra charge. Orders under $40 have an $8 shipping fee.
Returns, refunds and warranty
How do I return something within 30 days?
Send it back by mail within 30 days for a full refund. You pay return shipping unless the item is defective, when return is free.
What warranty covers my product?
Each product carries its manufacturer's warranty. For help with a claim, contact support@coppercables.deals.
